We can’t change the circumstances that teens face or promise they won’t struggle or experience pain. But we can help them build resiliency and relationships that give them a solid footing and a transformed outlook.

• I am lovable, capable, & worthwhile-Every person is uniquely created by God and has innate value that no person or circumstance can take away. Because of this, every life is worth living. Every person has purpose. And everyone has something to offer.

• I am loved without strings & never alone-God will never love anyone more or less than He already does-regardless of what a person does, good or bad. He’s fully committed and will never abandon the people He created and loves, no matter what.

• I have a future-Neither past decisions nor current circumstances can limit anyone. God is always doing a new thing and every person has unique gifts and abilities that give them a future with purpose.

Our core activity is a weekly meeting with our teens. These meetings provide a time for building relationships with our staff and other teens.  The focus of our time is supporting one another.  We model and reinforce listening, encouraging, and communicating what is true about each person’s value as someone uniquely created by God.

This support group provides teens space to communicate about their joys and their struggles in a grace-filled environment. As they listen to and encourage their friends, our teens also learn to provide hope and encouragement to others.  They become “hope ambassadors” for our community.

Cannon Falls TreeHouse meets every Tuesday, 6:30-8pm at True North Church (410 Dakota St W, Cannon Falls, MN)

In addition to our weekly meetings, we will participate in occasional social events & service projects. We will also provide our teens mentorships and opportunities to dig deeper into important topics.
